• E&M works is often conducted in parallel with

many other specialist trades under highly
constrained environment, allowing no hiccup
from any single trade causing delay to the whole
chain. Precise coordination is most challenging.

機電工程難免與其他多個工種同時在一個狹窄空
間內施工，加上繁複多變的特性，精確的管理實
在是一項挑戰。

• Safety hazards exists in installation, testing and
commissioning, operation, maintenance and
repair stages.
