TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
  1. Due to limited seating capacity, registration will be processed on a "first-come-first-served" basis in principle. Final reservation is at organiser's discretion. Confirmation email will be sent to the successful registrants in due course.
  2. The corresponding session of the Conference will be cancelled if the No. 8 typhoon signal or above is hoisted or the black rainstorm warning is raised 3 hours prior to commencement of the morning or afternoon session of the Conference (i.e. 6:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. respectively).
  3. The organiser reserves all the rights for the final decision of the Conference without prior notice.
